No catalogue-wide MOQ is published. Standard units confirmed in stock can ship from one unit; the MOQ for a branded or customized production run is confirmed in the quotation after the model, requested changes and packing requirements are reviewed.
Can I get a sample before committing to an OEM order?
Yes. A sample unit in the intended configuration can be arranged. Its exact specification, branding state, cost and timing are agreed in writing before payment, so the production order can be compared against it.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Factory visits and audits are accepted by prior arrangement. Send the intended date, scope and visitor details with your inquiry so the visit can be scheduled and the relevant documents prepared.
How is the OEM lead time confirmed?
