Who is responsible

Fuan Taiyu Motor Co., Ltd., the company behind the BEAR generator brand, operates this website and is responsible for the information collected through it. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to miya@beartorque.com.

What we collect

The website does not require an account. When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you enter and the submission context needed to route and record it:

Contact details
Name, business email and, if you provide them, company name, country or market, and phone or WhatsApp number.
Project details
Application, electrical setup, estimated quantity, model or category of interest and the free-text message you write.
Submission context
The form source, referring page, page language, server receipt time and the time recorded for your privacy confirmation.

The inquiry form contains a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in. Submissions that fill it are discarded and not forwarded.

Technical data generated when the site loads

Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects this site. It processes normal connection and request data such as IP address, requested URL, referrer, request time, browser and device information, and security signals. Cloudflare's browser-performance beacon is currently enabled and sends limited real-user measurement data, including the page URL, page-load timing, browser information and a page-load identifier. Cloudflare may also serve code that protects public email addresses from automated scraping.

Google Analytics is optional and stays off unless you select “Accept analytics.” After you accept, the site loads Google's analytics script and sends usage information such as the page URL and title, referrer, browser and device details, approximate location, session and event data, and analytics identifiers. Google also receives the normal connection data required to deliver the script and measurement requests. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in the site configuration. A WhatsApp-link click may be recorded as a contact event, and a successfully delivered inquiry as a lead event; no form fields, inquiry text, contact details or inquiry ID are included in those Analytics events.

Bunny CDN delivers externally hosted images and videos. It receives the connection and request data needed to deliver those files, including IP address, requested file, referrer and browser request information. This technical processing happens when the relevant page or media loads; it does not require you to submit an inquiry.

How we use it

  • Answering your inquiry and preparing model shortlists, datasheets and quotations you asked for.
  • Continuing the commercial discussion about the products, configuration and market you described.
  • Keeping a record of the inquiry and any resulting order for business and legal purposes.
  • Detecting automated abuse of the inquiry form and protecting the inquiry service.

We use technical request and performance data to deliver and protect the site, diagnose failures and understand page-loading performance. If you accept analytics, we use aggregated visit and interaction data to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell inquiry information or use inquiry or technical data for targeted advertising.

Who processes it

Your inquiry is forwarded through BEAR's inquiry automation to the responsible BEAR contact. The inquiry record contains the form fields and submission context listed above. Our site code does not add your IP address or browser user-agent to that forwarded inquiry record, although Cloudflare still processes normal connection data when it receives the form request.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, edge delivery, security, email-address protection and browser-performance measurement. Google provides the optional Google Analytics service after consent. Bunny CDN provides external image and video delivery. The inquiry automation and email services process the submitted inquiry so the responsible BEAR contact can respond.

Where a quotation, sample or shipment requires it, the relevant details are shared with the carriers, banks or inspection bodies involved in that transaction, and only to the extent needed for it.

International transfers

Fuan Taiyu Motor Co., Ltd. is based in China. Inquiries from other countries are therefore processed outside the sender's country. Hosting, security, content-delivery and inquiry providers may also process technical or submitted data in countries where they operate infrastructure. We limit inquiry information to what the request requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiry information is kept for as long as the inquiry and any resulting commercial relationship are active, and afterwards only as long as business-record and legal obligations require. Inquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted or anonymized once they are no longer needed.

Retention of provider security logs, performance measurements and consented Google Analytics data is controlled separately by the relevant service settings and provider policies.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you and request its correction or deletion by emailing miya@beartorque.com. We answer from the same address. Applicable law may require us to keep certain records even after a deletion request; where that applies, we tell you.

Cookies, performance measurement and media

We do not use advertising cookies or embed third-party social or advertising widgets. The site has no customer account or shopping session. Cloudflare's performance beacon and infrastructure requests may use request metadata or technical identifiers whether or not a cookie is present.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under bear_analytics_consent_v1. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not requested and this site does not set Google Analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_*. You can reopen “Privacy settings” at any time; withdrawing consent disables future analytics collection on this site and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to the site.

The homepage requests its muted Hero video from Bunny CDN automatically as the page loads. Other embedded players initially request a poster image and normally request the video file when playback begins. In each case, the media provider receives the normal technical request data described above.

Changes to this notice

If the way we process inquiry information changes, we update this page. The current version applies to inquiries sent from this website.
